John Current

John was born in 1780 in ,,Maryland.¹   John's father was Thomas Current and his mother was Margaret Cole. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Elijah, Thomas, Matthew, Eli, Catharine, Mary Or Polly, Elizabeth, Nancy, Margaret and Sarah.  He was the oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 57 on January 18th, 1837 in Ruddel's Mills, Bourbon, Kentucky.¹
