Harriet Cresswell

Harriet was born in 1852 in Washington Co., Missouri.¹ Harriet's father was Stephen James Cresswell and her mother was Elizabeth A. Simpson. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Simpson and Lovey Coats. She had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph S., George S., Samuel G. and Lovey M.. She was the third oldest of the five children.
