John Henry Cox

John Henry was born on March 16th, 1858 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   John Henry's father was Charles R. Cox and his mother was Elizabeth Cochran.  His paternal grandparents were Samuel Cox and Barbara Hammond. He had two brothers and a sister, named Charles, Isaac E. and Mary A..  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 63 on August 18th, 1921.¹
