Cope

Cope was born in 1824 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Cope's father was William Cope and his mother was Nancy.  His paternal grandfather was Cope. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Jesse, Andrew, John, James, William, Wiley, Madison, Margaret, Cope and Nancy.  He was the youngest of the eleven children.
