Annis Cope

Annis was born in 1848 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ Annis' father was James Cope and her mother was Dorcas. Her paternal grandparents were William Cope and Nancy. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, Taylor, Nancy, Eliza, Elizabeth and Lucinda. She was the youngest of the seven children.
