John Cooper 
John was born in April 1849 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 John's father was Robert Cooper and his mother was Mary Or Polly Ann. His paternal grandparents were John Cooper and Mary Young. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James T., Robert, Nancy R. and Mary Jane. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died before 1860 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1
