William Edgar Collins 
William Edgar was born on October 22nd, 1895 in Adair County, Kentucky.1 William Edgar's father was Christopher Collins and his mother was Mariah Womack. He was an only child. He died at the age of 84 on January 3rd, 1980 in Vine Grove, Kentucky (Antioch Cemetery, Phil, Kentucky).1 General Notes
