Carter Cloud

Carter was born in 1862 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Carter's father was William Cloud and his mother was Emeline. He had six brothers and a sister, named Marcus, Henderson, Robert, John, St. Clair, Charles and Sarah.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
