John Christian Clayman

John Christian was born in 1790 in Of, Sullivan, Tennessee.¹ John Christian's father was Jonathan Clayman and his mother was Catherine Grubb. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Grubb and Anna Metzger. He had four brothers named George, Jacob, Isaac and James. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died after 1840.¹
