William J. Cheatham

William J. was born in 1871 in Of, Hawkins, TN.¹   William J.'s father was James C. Cheatham and his mother was Mary Ann.  His paternal grandparents were John A. Cheatham and Martha Or Patsy. He had a brother and four sisters, named Charles, Carrie L., Martha L., Matilda C. and Lucy S..  He was the third oldest of the six children.
