Thomas Carter

Thomas was born in 1824 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.¹ Thomas' father was Arthur Carter and his mother was Ann Shores. His paternal grandparents were John Deaver and Rachel Smith. He had a brother and a sister, named Arthur and Mary Ann. He was the second oldest of the three children.
