Pleasant Carmack

Pleasant was born on July 1st, 1804 in Tennessee.¹   Pleasant's father was John Carmack and his mother was Elizabeth.  His paternal grandparents were John Carmack and Elizabeth Barton. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Joseph, Thomas, Elizabeth, Jane C., Margaret C., Mary, Sarah C. and Susannah.  He died at the age of 57 on July 16th, 1861.¹
