Ephraim Burgess

Ephraim was born about 1847 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Ephraim's father was Edward BURGESS and his mother was Elenor Isgrigg.  His maternal grandparents were Henry Isgrigg and Sarah Lemon. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Henry Luther, John B., William, Emily, Missouri, Mary, Margaret and Cynthia.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
