Nancy Brown

Nancy was born in 1826 in ,Of Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Nancy's father was Thomas E. Brown and her mother was Sarah Sizemore.  Her paternal grandfather was Brown; her maternal grandfather was Owen Sizemore. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Iredell Campbell, Jesse, Thomas Eastman, Owen Montgomery, James Young Crawford, Clinton A., Mary Or Polly, Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Matilda S. and Sarah T..  She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.
