Elijah Brown

Elijah was born in 1843 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Elijah's father was Thomas Brown and his mother was Mary Cox. He had a brother and four sisters, named George Washington, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary Ann and Emaline.  He was the youngest of the six children.
