Wilson Brooks 
Wilson was born in 1839 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Wilson's father was John Brooks and his mother was Anna. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brooks and Sarah Boone. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Hiram, George, Rebecca and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the six children.
