Katherine Brooks 
Katherine was born in 1829 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Katherine's father was James Brooks and her mother was Mariah. She had two brothers and four sisters, named William, Henry, Mary, Sarah Ann, Jane and Rachel. She was the second oldest of the seven children.
