Joseph John Bradford

Joseph John was born on May 15th, 1764 in Halifax, North Carolina.¹   Joseph John's father was John Bradford and his mother was Patience Reed.  His paternal grandparents were John Bradford and Rebecca Pace; his maternal grandfather was Helty Reed. He had a brother and four sisters, named Henry, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Tabitha and Frances.  He was the youngest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Richard, William, Neal, Dorothy Miriam, Anne, Sara, Martha and Mary.
