John Alexander Bowery

John Alexander was born on October 24th, 1877 in Tennessee.¹   John Alexander's father was John Conrad Bowery and his mother was Barsheba Hodge.  His paternal grandparents were Conrad Russell Bowery and Sarah Shipley; his maternal grandparents were John Hodge and Rebecca Mears. He had a brother and a sister, named William Henry and Elizabeth Rebecca.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 72 on January 15th, 1950.¹
