Charles Bloomer 
Charles was born in 1868 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Charles' father was Christian Bloomer and his mother was Elizabeth Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Bloomer and Nancy; his maternal grandparents were John J. Mitchell and Martha Lyons. He had four brothers named Thomas, Perry, John and Henderson. He was the youngest of the five children.-
