Gideon Blessing 
Gideon was born in Virginia.1 Gideon's father was Abraham Blessing and his mother was Catherine. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Blessing and Elizabeth Ritschart. He had four brothers and a sister, named Leander, John R., Abraham, Blessing and Blessing. He died in July 1835.1 -
