Wesley Edward was born about 1866 in St. Chas. Co., Missouri.1 Wesley Edward's father was William M. Blankenship and his mother was Melcena Baldridge. His paternal grandparents were Charles Henry Blankenship and Elizabeth Gough; his maternal grandparents were Melchiah K. Baldridge and Susannah N. Stewart. He had six brothers and three sisters, named James H., John Thomas, Vincent, Joseph, Albert, Julius, Martha Margaret Jean, Mary and Ally. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died in Deceased.1 -
