Richard Ashton

Richard's father was James Ashton and his mother was Katherine Greenholgh.  His paternal grandparents were Edmund Ashton and Dorothy Dokenfield; his maternal grandfather was John Greenholgh. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Edmund, James, John, William, Anne, Dorothy, Katherine and Mary.
