William Alston 
William was born on October 7th, 1745 in ,,NC.1 William's father was Philip Alston and his mother was Winifred Whitmel. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Whitmel and Elizabeth Bryan. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Philip, Thomas Whitmel, Henry G., Philip, Samuel, Mary, Elizabeth, Winifred and Martha. He died at the age of 49 on July 15th, 1795.1
