Frances Allen 
Frances was born in 1839 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.1 Frances' father was Benjamin Allen and her mother was Margaret. Her paternal grandfather was Allen. She had five brothers and a sister, named Mortimer, William, James, Elijah, John and Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
