Hugh (Aubigny) De was born about 1215 in Of Arundel Castl, Sussex, England and his baptism took place in (9-1224).1 Hugh (Aubigny) De's father was William D' AUBIGNY and his mother was Mabel De MESCHINES. His paternal grandparents were William "Earl of AUBIGNY and Maud (Matilda) De SAINT HILARY. He had a brother and five sisters, named William "Earl of, Maud D', Cecily D', Nicole D', Colette D' and Isabella (Isabel) D'. He was the youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Hugh (Aubigny) De and Isabella (Isabel) D'. He died on May 7th, 1243 in (Sp). He was buried in Priory, Wymondham, Norfolk, England.1 1 General Notes
