Sarah Jane Slaymaker 
Sarah Jane was born in 1837 in Pennsylvania. Sarah Jane's father was James Hamilton Slaymaker and her mother was Jane Elizabeth McIlvaine. Her paternal grandparents were John, Jr. Slaymaker and Jeannett McIlvaine. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John Siemmens, Thomas Alexander, Robert McIlvaine, William Dickson, James Burr, Anna Mary and Jane Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 1 in 1838.General Notes
