Almodis de la  was born about 1019 in La Marche,Normandy,France .  Almodis de la 's father was Count of La Marche I  BERNARD I  and her mother was Amelie of  AULNAY .  Her paternal grandparents were Adalbert LA I  MARCHE  and Almode  UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather was Cadelon III of  AUBNAY .  She was an only child.  She died on November 17th, 1075.
