Eudoxia of was born about 0380 in Frankish Gaul, France . Eudoxia of's father was Bauto (Roman Consul) , of the Franks . She was an only child. She died on October 6th, 0404 in in of a miscarriage .General Notes
Note: Eudoxia was a strong-willed woman who exerted a powerful influence over her ineffectual husband. A Christian, she nonetheless came into conflict with John Chrysostom, the partriarch of Constantinople, who criticized the idle, frivolity of the court. She retaliated by sending him into exile. She died of a miscarriage
