William Simmons Sr 
William was born in 1603 in Eng. William's father was Thomas Simmons and his mother was Elizabeth Nash. His paternal grandparents were Moses Simmons and Lydia Holland; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Nash and Margaret Porter. He was an only child. He died at the age of 47 on April 8th, 1650 in Surry Co VA.-
