Joseph Doane 
Joseph was born on April 23rd, 1697 in Newtown Bucks Co PA. Joseph 's father was Daniel Doane and his mother was Mehitable Twining. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Deacon Doane and Constance Snow; his maternal grandparents were William Jr Twining **** and Elizabeth Deane. He had three brothers, and also five siblings of unknown gender named Elijah, Joseph, Eleazor, Daniel II, Rebecca, Israel, Elizabeth and Lydia. He died at the age of 86 in 1783 in Cane Creek Chatham NC.-
