William II was born in 1240 in England. William II's father was Ingelram/Enguerrand II De Fiennes and his mother was Isabel De Conde. His paternal grandparents were William De Fiennes and Agnes De Dammartin; his maternal grandfather was Jacques Conde. He had a brother and a sister, named Gyles and Maud Countess. He was the oldest of the three children. He died in b 1240 Normandy child Margaret Defienne.-
