Jane was born about 1554 in Little River, Lancashire, ENGLAND. Jane 's father was Richard LEVER and her mother was Catherine BOLTON. Her paternal grandparents were John LEVER and Eleanor HEYTON; her maternal grandfather was Robert * BOLTON. She was an only child. She died in September 1601 in ENGLAND.-
