Nancy was born about 1820 in , Of, Kentucky. Nancy's father was Samuel Witter and her mother was Rebecca Crask. Her maternal grandparents were Vincent Crask and Sarah Wilson. She had four brothers, and also a sibling of unknown gender named Abraham, James, John Kella, Jones and Lapsley. She died in 1870 in , Wayne, Illinois.General Notes
