William P. Withrow 
William P. was born in January 1849 in , Gibson, Indiana. William P.'s father was Richardson Withrow and his mother was Elizabeth King. His paternal grandparents were John Withrow and Frances. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Alonzo, John, Richard, Andrew Jackson, Mary Ann, Altimera, Elizabeth, Cornelia, Frances and Amanda M.. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 59 in 1908 in , Wayne, Illinois. He was buried in Bailey Cemetary, Wayne, Illinois.-
