Nelle Winstead 
Nelle was born in November 1898 in Modesto, Macoupin, Illinois. Nelle's father was Amos Jackson Winstead and her mother was Margaret Ellen Laurent. Her paternal grandparents were John Winstead and Fanny Lawson; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Laurent and Hannah Knapp. She had two brothers and four sisters, named John G., Oscar Laurent, Fanny Lee, Josephine, Kathryn and Verna Mae. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 92 on December 1st, 1990.-
