Thomas Riley Williams

Thomas Riley was born on September 30th, 1856 in , Of Effingham, Illinois.  Thomas Riley's father was Isaiah Williams and his mother was Mary E. Mills. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James Henry, Abraham Franklin, Sarah Jane, Dora Catherine and Ida C..  He was the third oldest of the six children.
