Lafayette Wells

Lafayette was born in 1848 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Lafayette's father was George W. Wells and his mother was Sarah.  His paternal grandfather was Daniel Wells. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jeremiah, Aaron, Ike, Samantha, Keziah, Louella and Ann.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.
