Thomas Turner 
Thomas was born in 1730 in Bertie County, North Carolina. Thomas' father was Henry Turner and his mother was Mary. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Turner. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Solomon, Olive, Mary and Alice. He was the third oldest of the six children.
