Charles Tilson

Charles was born in 1848 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Charles' father was Henry Tilson and his mother was Adeline. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Henry Clay, William K., Jacob, Zacharias, Maria Elizabeth, Mary and Cynthia.  He was the youngest of the nine children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Rufus, Hugh F., Lilburn B., Horace J. and Alice.
