Philip Shelly Jr. 
Philip's father was Philip Shelly and his mother was Ann Clay. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Clay and Elizabeth. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, Ann and Elizabeth. He died in 1716 in Surry Co., Virginia.
