Missouri Rush 
Missouri was born in 1868 in , , Illinois. Missouri's father was George W. Rush and her mother was Catherine. Her paternal grandparents were William Rush and Jane Hagen. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William S., John H., George E., Levi C., Nancy J. and Martha A.. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
