Jane Rogers 
Jane was born in 1834 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Jane's father was David S. Rogers and her mother was Mary Mitchell. Her paternal grandparents were George Rogers and Matilda Brown; her maternal grandparents were Solomon Mitchell and Nancy Broughton. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Herbert S., Madison, Mary, Manila and Martha. She was the second oldest of the six children.-
