Susan Peters 
Susan was born in 1839 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Susan's father was Isaac Peters and her mother was Mary Richardson Rivers. Her paternal grandparents were Conrad Peters and Susannah Weaver. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, George, Martin Luther, Noah, John R., Daniel, Rebecca, Martha, Mary Ann and S. Amanda. She was the oldest of the eleven children.
