Tarlton Pangle

Tarlton was born in 1835 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Tarlton's father was James Pangle and his mother was Edy.  His paternal grandfather was Pangle. He had three brothers and a sister, named Frederick, Lewis, Lee and Martha A..  He was the third oldest of the five children.
