Samuel Houston Noe 
Samuel Houston was born in 1865 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. Samuel Houston's father was Jackson M. Noe and his mother was Sarah Ann Mellons. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Mellons and Elizabeth. He had three brothers and two sisters, named George Robert, William Mchenry, James Hickman, Mary Elizabeth and Ida Bell. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 90 in 1955.
