Charles Edward Noe 
Charles Edward was born in 1911 in , Lee, Virginia. Charles Edward's father was George Robert Noe and his mother was Harriet Birchfield. His paternal grandparents were Jackson M. Noe and Sarah Ann Mellons; his maternal grandparents were James Andrew Birchfield and Lucretia. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William L., George Mac, Kyle Watson, Frank, Clarence David, Mollie and Myrtle. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 71 in 1982.-
