George's father was Ralph Neville 1st Earl Westmoreland and his mother was Joan Beaufort Queen Of Scotland. His paternal grandparents were John Neville 5th Baron Percy and Maud Percy; his maternal grandparents were John Of Gaunt Of England Duke Of Lancaster and Katherine Roelt. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named William, Edward, Richard, Robert, Neville, Neville, Neville, Cicely, Anne, Catherine, Eleanor and Joan. He had two half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named John, Ralph, Alice, Anastasia, Elizabeth, Margaret, Matilda, Philippa and Elizabeth.-
