Amanda Jane Murrell 
Amanda Jane was born on February 4th, 1882 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Amanda Jane's father was Harvey G. Murrell and her mother was Jane Lawson. Her paternal grandparents were Pleasant Murrell and Susan Trent; her maternal grandparents were Banks Lawson and Thersey Parvin. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named William L., Simpson Franklin, Alice, Mary Or Mollie, Malvina, Martha Jane, Lillie Lee, Eliza Jane and Marena. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 74 on February 9th, 1956 in Kingsport, Sullivan, Tennessee.-
