William J. Mowell

William J. was born in 1853 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  William J.'s father was William Mowell and his mother was Rachel.  His paternal grandfather was Mowell. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, John H., Benjamin F., Jacob C., Mary E. and Sarah C..  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
